Company Profile
The business has been operating for 19 years. Specialising in Coorong Mullet as the core product the processing business has gown 300% over this period. In addition other species such as Mulloway, Golden Perch and Redfin are harvested and processed over the year as they become abundant and in season. The business now regularly purchases species such as coorong mullet, pipi's, mulloway and golden perch from other fishers to supplement its own catch.
The Hill's welcome enquiries from other processors, retailers, restaurants and other people who want a reliable, quality supply of coorong seafood.

Our Crew
Administration, Sales & Marketing
Tracy Hill - Manager marketing and administration.
Formerly a Customer Service Manager with over 20 years experience with BankSA, Tracy has also previously worked for Jallarah Homes Inc. as Adminsitration Officer and as a project officer for Coorong District Council. She sits on the executive of the Southern Fishermen's Association and is currently in her third term as the Vice-President.
She has also served on numerous fishing & seafood industry committees and boards.

- SA State Seafood Plan Implementation (SASI) Committee
- South East Recreational Fishing Committee
and currently:
- Lakes and Coorong Fishery Consultative Committee
- Wildcatch Fisheries SA Board
- Coorong Council - Lower Lakes and Coorong Infrastructure Committee.

Fishing
Glen Hill - Skipper and Manager of fishing operations
A fisherman of 19 years experience in the Lakes and Coorong Fishery. He is dedicated to the future of the fishery and industry, and sits on the executive committee of the Southern Fishermen's Association as Treasurer. Glen also represents the fishery on the Wildcatch Fisheries SA board and as a commercial fishing delegate on the Native Title Reference Group Fishing side table.
Barry Jennings - Senior Fisherman/Deckhand
Formerly an Inland Waters River fisher for many years, he is very experienced and verstile and can turn his hand to anything the day throws up.
Trevor Parker -Deckhand/Processing
Carries out the land based activities to support fishing operations
filleting and learning fishing operations
Luke Whitehead -Deckhand/Processing
A recent addition to the team, Luke lives in Meningie and has a young family. He is training in all aspects of the fishing and processing business.
Processing
Leanne Hera-Singh - Filleter
Has over 30 years filleting experience and is married to another Lakes and Coorong Fisheman.
Drew Bleasby - Processing
Another new member assisting with Coorong Mullet processing and vacuum packaging
Dave Dickenson -Processing
Recently added to our team to assist with post harvest operations

Another student from Meningie Area School who works after school and on weekends
