| Is your fish fresh? |
| Currently all of our fish is fresh. Fresh fish direct from your local fishermen or trusted retailer ensures you are getting the best quality available. However we are developing a line of single serve packs that you will be able to puchase either already frozen or convenient for placing in your home freezer. If you puchase Coorong Wild Seafood frozen packs you can be assured that it as fresh when it was packaged as if you purchased our fresh fish. |
Is frozen seafood as good as fresh? |
Frozen Seafood is often better than fresh. When you purchase “fresh” seafood from a retailer you can not be sure when it was caught and processed. If you buy frozen seafood, it should have been frozen immediately after processing, packaged well for optimum freshness and then not stored more than 3 months in the home freezer and thawed correctly. |
Is wild seafood sustainable? |
