"Dear Management,
Just last week I discovered your wonderful Hot Smoked Mullet fillets which I purchased at Penola IGA. It is delicious and I was really excited to see it was a fresh local product from South Australia.
I used one of the two packets I bought in a light lunch salad to take to work.
Crumbled mullet fillet, couscous, finely diced red onion, finely shredded fresh mint, lemon juice and some zest and a bit of good olive oil - yum!
The other packet I just served with a squeeze of lemon and a fresh mediteranean salad.
I will definitely be purchasing more of this product on a regular basis.
I will also look for your other products at Penola IGA.
