TASTING AUSTRALIA Adam Brooks, chef of the "Sails" restaurant at Robe presented this delicious dish of Coorong Mullet to a group of journalists visiting the Limestone Coast region. A Za'tar spiced butterfly fillet stuffed with Pendletons olives, preserved lemon and spinach, served with Muntries and rocket. It was delicious and we believe Coorong Mullet and muntries are a marriage made in "Heaven" - the Limestone Coast. |
